Phone Safe's Testing and Quality Control Department ensures the full functionality of all devices. Therefore, we offer a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, as well as a 14-day return policy.

How can I activate the warranty?
To activate the warranty, you must send an email to geral@phonesafe.pt, including the following data: name, surname, NIF, email, telephone number, address, postal code and equipment details, if it is an iPhone, it must include the IMEI, unlock code, detailed description of the fault and invoice (JPG or PDF format).
After sending the email, our team will contact you within 3 business days to inform you of the next steps. The issue will be promptly evaluated, and appropriate repair or replacement actions will be taken.
*Note: Equipment damaged by improper use, external intervention, negligence or other elements not covered by the warranty will not be replaced.
Returns
Online customers who wish to return or request a refund have 14 days after receiving their order, provided the product is intact, exactly as shipped, and accompanied by the invoice.
Important : THE Phone Safe is not responsible for additional accessories (e.g. cover or film).
Warranty and Returns
All equipment comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery, subject to activation as described above. Equipment damaged by improper use, negligence, or external intervention is not covered by the warranty.
