PhoneCheck® Warranty
First, send us your device. One of our in-house technical specialists will inspect and diagnose any problems. If the issue is covered by the warranty, we'll repair it and return it in full working order. Or, if we can't fix it, we'll make an equivalent equipment replacement. Either way, you should receive your repaired or replaced phone within 2 to 3 business days from the date we first receive it.
Accidents happen, we understand that. However, we cannot cover situations outside our control. If your phone stops working because you dropped it, spilled something on it, packaged it incorrectly, or made a software change — the warranty will not cover that.
