60W MagSafe 2 Power Adapter

The 60W MagSafe 2 Power Adapter uses a magnetic DC connector, so the cable can safely disconnect if tripped over and your MacBook Pro won't fall over. It also helps prevent cable fraying. The magnetic DC connector also helps connect the plug to the laptop for a quick and secure connection.
